Cancellation Policy for Online payments :

Peak Season: 

  • 1 April to 30 April
  • 15 Jul to 31 August
  • 01 December to 20 Jan 

During the given periods, all reservations payments are non-refundable.

Off-peak season: 
Once a reservation is confirmed, please notify us by fax or email of any cancellation or modification of the booking at least 3 days (48 hours) before arrival for FIT bookings and 2 weeks before arrival for Group bookings in order to avoid a full cancellation penalty. 

Cancellation policy for early cancellations made with prior notice :
Hotel cancellation policies would vary according to each hotel policy however 

Complaints: 
Any complaints, service issues at the hotel should be informed to CLM  by mail / fax during the time guests are in the hotel and our team will liaise with the hotel and assist solving the issue at the earliest. We are unable to assist in any complaint submitted after check out
